When I started running my restaurant, I struggled with Quickbooks and getting my accountant the banking information he needed so that he could help me analyze our cash-flow, and reconcile statements.

Once I began writing my own software to handle the banking data, I had real-time answers at my fingertips at all times, and my time commitment to these tasks dropped tremendously.

I can do this for your business as well,  taking your raw banking transactions and converting them into usable and valuable information that will help you run your business more  effectively.
 

The only technical task you will need to perform is downloading your banking transactions.

We will analyze and balance your account, as well as reconciling to your monthly statements to insure accuracy.

Where we need additional details from you, we will provide a webpage that is custom built, asking for the required details and formatting your input for accurate input into the software.

You will not need to struggle thru a 'one size fits all' interface where most of the information does not apply to you.  If there are 3 checks that cleared in the most recent download, the webpage we provide will have the check number, amount, and date for each check and a field for you to enter who it was written to. 

Because payee tends to repeat (for checks as well as automated transactions), we have built-in shortcuts that you can use.  For example, you might write a monthly check to the ABC Pest Control Company. We would setup a shortcut of PEST and that is all you would need to provide.  Then when we process your form, the check will be seen as written to ABC Pest Control Company.

To make this work, there is some initial setup work involved, and the feedback we need from you is greatest at the beginning to process the first transaction download.  

Once we begin processing additional downloads the ongoing tasks are very manageable, and the custom forms make it simple.

We are currently offering setup and initial processing at no cost, as part of an ongoing pilot program for new customers.

We also offer custom programming services that can improve the value of your data from the POS system, payroll, Google Ads, etc.
